LCC is an organization that concerns about the community, environment and cultural conservation of Cheung Chau. Its set up is due to the build of an incinerator on the Shek Kwu Chau. Members are mainly enthusiastic residents of the island. LCC has published a lot about Cheung Chau's historical and cultural, and also the community and environment information.
